Hengli Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. engages in petrochemical industry in China and internationally. It operates through Petrochemical and Polyester segments. The company offers oil refining products, chemical products, purified terephthalic acid, polyester chips, polyester fibers and films; and new material products, including polyester new materials, engineering plastics, functional films, and biodegradable materials. It provides civilian and industrial polyester filament, biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polybutylene succinate/polybutylene adipate terephthalate; partially oriented, fully drawn, and drawn textured yarns; paraxylene, ethylene products, and polyester filament yarn; and other polyester and chemical new materials products. In addition, the company engages in wholesale and retail activities; operates in transportation on industry; and industrial investment activities, as well as other financial services. It serves refining, aromatics, olefins, basic chemicals, fine chemicals, and various downstream application areas. The company was formerly known as Dalian Rubber and Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd and changed its name to Hengli Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. in May 2016. The company was founded in 1999 and is based in Dalian, China.
