Azul S.A., together with its subsidiaries, provides air transportation services in Brazil and internationally. The company was incorporated in 2008 and is headquartered in Barueri, Brazil. On May 28, 2025, Azul S.A., along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
