Doncasters is a specialist manufacturer of complex, precision-cast metal components and advanced superalloys for performance-critical applications. Its aerospace products include turbine centre frames, bearing housings, combustion diffusers, seals, injector housings, nozzles, blades and vanes. For industrial gas turbines, it manufactures turbine airfoils, structural castings, combustion heat shields and seal segments. It also produces nickel- and cobalt-based superalloys, turbocharger wheels, micro-turbine components and automotive stud-welding systems. The company primarily serves aerospace and defence, industrial gas turbine and transportation customers, while also supporting medical and specialist industrial markets. Doncasters operates 14 principal manufacturing facilities across Europe, North America and Asia, covering six countries. Its customers include leading global aerospace-engine and industrial gas-turbine original equipment manufacturers.
