Custom Profile is a US-based manufacturer that designs and produces custom thermoplastic profile extrusions, tubing and assembled plastic components. It provides profile extrusion, co-extrusion, dual-durometer extrusion, tri-extrusion and crosshead extrusion services. The company also performs secondary operations such as punching, notching, embossing, wood-grain finishing, assembly and other in-line processes. Its in-house engineering and tooling centres design and manufacture extrusion dies, allowing it to manage projects from initial design through finished production. Custom Profile processes more than 400 grades of polymers and supports small prototype trials as well as high-volume manufacturing programmes. It supplies applications used in construction, doors and windows, commercial refrigeration, appliances, office furniture, medical products, recreational vehicles and other industrial markets.
