Description
CCT Precision Machining is a US-based custom manufacturer specializing in high-accuracy, tight-tolerance machined components. The company primarily machines engineered plastics, thermoset materials and non-ferrous metals, including PEEK, Delrin, Vespel, Torlon, Ultem, aluminium, brass, copper and stainless steel. Its manufacturing capabilities include CAD/CAM programming, CNC milling, CNC turning, high-speed routing and precision micromachining. It produces both prototype parts and production-volume components according to customers’ engineering drawings and specifications. The company serves industries such as aerospace, defence, electronics, semiconductor, medical and automotive manufacturing. CCT operates from its manufacturing facility in Grapevine, Texas, United States, and supplies customers requiring fast delivery, difficult materials and very close dimensional tolerances. It is ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 certified and is registered under the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations, or ITAR.
