Description
Dexus Industria REIT is a listed Australian real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns, manages, and develops a diversified portfolio of industrial warehouses and business parks across major Australian cities. The trust generates revenue primarily through rental income from its properties, which include high-occupancy industrial assets and business parks. Its income is underpinned by long-term leases with a diverse mix of tenants, featuring fixed and CPI-linked rent escalations. DXI also earns income from joint ventures, such as its stake in Jandakot Airport Holdings Trust and other industrial developments. The trust is managed by Dexus Asset Management Limited and aims to deliver stable distributions and long-term capital growth to its investors.
