The company was formerly known as Saudi Arabian Fertilizers Company. SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company was incorporated in 1965 and is based in Al Jubail, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company is a subsidiary of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation.
