Danimer Scientific, Inc. was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Bainbridge, Georgia. On March 18, 2025, Danimer Scientific, Inc. along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
