AMREP Corporation, through its subsidiaries, engages in the real estate business in the United States. It operates through two segments, Land Development and Homebuilding. The company markets and sells developed and undeveloped lots to homebuilders, commercial, and industrial property developers through brokers. In addition, the company operates as a homebuilder and sells single-family detached homes and attached homes. AMREP Corporation was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in Havertown, Pennsylvania.
