Asbury Automotive Group, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, operates as an automotive retailer in the United States. It operates through Dealerships and Total Care Auto, Powered by Landcar (TCA) segments. The company offers a range of automotive products and services, including new and used vehicles; and vehicle repair and maintenance services, replacement parts, collision repair, and recondition of used vehicle services. It also provides finance and insurance products, including arranging vehicle financing through third parties; and aftermarket products, such as extended vehicle service contracts, guaranteed asset protection debt cancellation, prepaid maintenance contracts, key replacement contracts, paintless dent repair contracts, appearance protection contracts, tire and wheel, and lease wear and tear contracts. The company sells its products and services to individual retail customers, other dealers, and licensed wholesalers through its network of dealerships and at auctions. Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Duluth, Georgia.
