Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited, an investment holding company, provides property management services in the People's Republic of China. Further, it provides city services, including city environmental sanitation, waste sorting and treatment, installation of block facilities, landscaping project, old communities renovation, and smart block construction services. The company was formerly known as CIFI Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited and changed its name to Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited in July 2021. Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited was incorporated in 2018 and is headquartered in Shanghai, the People's Republic of China.
