Frasers Property (Thailand) is a sponsor of Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT, which focuses on industrial and logistics properties in Thailand, as well as Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust, which focuses on commercial properties. The company was formerly known as Frasers Centrepoint Limited and changed its name to Frasers Property Limited in February 2018.
