The Truworths business segment comprises all the retailing activities conducted by the Company and its subsidiaries in Africa, through which it retails fashion apparel comprising clothing, footwear and other fashion products as well as homeware. Its Truworths segment also includes the YDE business unit, which includes the agency activities through which it retails clothing, footwear and related products on behalf of emerging South African designers. Its brands include Truworths, Truworths Man, Daniel Hechter, LTD and others. The Office business segment comprises the footwear retail activities conducted by the Company and its subsidiaries, through stores, concession outlets and an e-commerce channel in the United Kingdom, Germany and the Republic of Ireland. The Company's subsidiaries include Truworths Ltd and Office Holdings Ltd.
